Hello all!
So, COTM stuff. It's all meant in good fun and to give our players something to aspire to (your own pretty banner for a month!) but there's a few things needed to lay down the law, so to speak, to make sure things are clear and fair.
1: Nominations will begin from the 1st until the 15th of every month. Please post your nominations in the appropriate threads, and make sure to include a short reasoning behind your nomination.
2: You may NOT nominate one of your own characters for girl or guy of the month.
3: You MAY nominate a duo or thread you're involved in though. Please post the link in your nomination post.
4: Nominations can be seconded.
5: Even though a character is nominated, we (the admins) reserve the right to exclude a nomination should we feel the character/thread nominated has not been active enough.
6: On the 15th, polls will be posted and open for voting. These poll results will be hidden from members to keep things fair.
7: When voting, please only vote once for each category. That means once per PLAYER, not per CHARACTER.
8: Voting will end on the 22nd, a week later. Polls will be locked then.
9: On the last day of the month, the winners will be announced and banners will be put up... and the whole process starts again!
